Store your jewelry in a cold, dry place and clean with a soft cloth. More on care here.

At BAIXA Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. That’s why your jewelry comes with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care or use, or the natural signs of wear that may develop over time. This warranty is provided alongside, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
