How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

How do I return an item?

Please send us an email to let us know what you want to return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Ship your return to:

Can I return an item purchased in sale?

Items that are purchased in sale can only be exchanged for a different item within seven days of receiving your order.  Sale items can not be returned.

Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@baixajewelry.com and send your item to:

Gemstones

Can I place a custom order?

Yes you can. We work with a variety of natural gemstones, pearls and golden accessories to make sure we can create uniquely crafted jewelry items upon request. If you’re looking for something unique, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take for my custom order to be finished?

This depends entirely on your request, however we aim to finish every custom order within 5 working days. If we think customizing your product may take longer we will inform you before confirmation of the order.

Gifts & coupons

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer a variety of giftcards. For more information and for to purchase a gift card, please visit Gift Cards.

How do I receive my gift card?

We will send your gift card to the delivery address provided at checkout and we will notify you once the gift card is sent.

What is the expiry date on a gift card?

Our gift cards are valid for one year, starting once you complete your order.

Materials

What is your jewelry made of?

We use a variety of materials for our jewelry collections. Stainless steel forms the base of our 18k gold plated jewelry and our gemstones and pearls are all naturally sourced. Read more here.

Is jour jewelry waterproof?

Our gold plated jewelry is made to last. It won’t wear off after contact with water and it will not lose its color. Just like any other product, however, jewelry may fade slightly over time and frequent contact with water could speed up this process.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

The glow on your jewelry is best preserved in dark, dry places. Try keeping sunlight exposure to a minimum and brush up the gold with a soft cloth every now and then. For more information on how to care, visit our Care Guide.
