We ship worldwide. Whether you're in Amsterdam, New York or anywhere else, we'll get your BAIXA pieces to you.
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, with free shipping available on qualifying orders:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days; €3.95 (free over €75)
- UK: 3–4 business days; €9.95 (free over €99)
- Rest of Europe: 2–7 business days; €6.95 (free over €99)
- Scandinavia 2–7 business days; €8.95 (free over €99)
- Spain & Belgium 2–7 business days; €9.95 (free over €99)
- International: 5–10 business days; €17.95 (free over €150)
Your exact shipping cost will appear at checkout.
EU orders won't incur additional customs charges. For international deliveries, your local customs authority may apply import duties based on your country's regulations. These fees are outside our control and vary by destination.
Yes. Select Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Amsterdam location at De Clercqstraat 78. Orders are typically ready the same day with no shipping fees.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account for updates or use the tracking link provided. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We process orders quickly, so modifications may not always be possible once an item has shipped. Our return policy provides flexibility for most situations.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we can update the address. Once an item is in transit, we can't redirect it. Packages that can't be delivered typically return to us, and we can arrange re-shipping for an additional fee.

Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive, especially during busy hours or when using payment methods like Klarna or iDEAL.

If you still haven’t received it, open the chat bubble (bottom right) and request information on your order status.
First, check that your shipping address is correct and look for any delivery notices from the carrier. Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or in secure locations. Review your tracking information for updates. If you still can't locate your package, email support@baixajewelry.com with your order details and we'll investigate.
Payment Options & Financing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and regional options like iDEAL. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes, through Klarna. Select this option at checkout to split your purchase into three interest-free payments, charged every 30 days.
All prices are listed in Euros. Your bank will convert the charge to your local currency at current exchange rates. Check with your bank about any foreign transaction fees that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund. This applies to all items except gift cards, custom pieces, and earrings (which can only be returned if unworn and in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons).
Returns are straightforward. You have 30 days from when you received your item to request an exchange or return through our return portal.

Yes, sale items follow the same return policy as regular-priced items – they must be unworn and returned within 30 days in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and you'll receive email confirmation when it's issued. If you don't see the credit after 15 business days, contact us for assistance.

Products & Materials
Our gold pieces feature stainless steel bases with triple-layer gold plating for durability and tarnish resistance. Sterling silver pieces are made with 925 silver (92.5% pure silver). We use natural gemstones and freshwater pearls, plus high-quality cubic zirconia in select pieces. All materials are nickel-free and lead-free for sensitive skin compatibility.
We use recycled cardboard packaging with biodegradable fill material, and FSC-certified jewelry boxes that can be recycled with regular paper waste.
Our pieces are designed for daily wear and can handle regular water exposure like hand washing and rain. The thick gold plating won't fade from normal water contact. We recommend limiting exposure to chlorinated pools and salt water for optimal longevity. A soft cloth can restore shine if needed.
Yes, all BAIXA jewelry is nickel-free and made with hypoallergenic materials. We use stainless steel and sterling silver bases with skin-safe gold plating, containing no nickel or other common irritants.
We offer sizes 14–22 (EU sizing). If you're unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing or using a printable ring sizer from our website.
Currently, we don't offer customization services. Our collections are carefully curated and designed as complete pieces.
