Fast, careless & eco-friendly shipping
We always strive to deliver your purchase as soon as possible and within the times mentioned below. If, after all, you are not entirely satisfied with the item(s) you received, we’re here to help.
Worldwide shipping
All orders are processed within two business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Careless returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your return parcel must contain your name and order number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
It is no problem to return sale items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request a replacement, please follow the steps in our return portal.
