Careless 30-day returns
We want you to love your BAIXA jewelry. If something isn't quite right, our return policy gives you flexibility while maintaining quality standards for all customers.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund. This timeframe ensures you have adequate time to evaluate your purchase while allowing us to maintain fresh inventory.
Items must be returned in unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and materials. We inspect all returns to ensure they meet our quality standards for resale.
Special considerations:
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn and in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons
- Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
- Gift cards are non-returnable
Returns are straightforward. You have 30 days from when you received your item to request a return through our return portal.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and you'll receive email confirmation when processed.
If you don't see the refund after 15 business days, contact us for assistance.
