We process and ship orders efficiently while offering flexible delivery options to meet your timeline and budget needs.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Local pickup orders are typically ready the same day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order value, with free shipping available on qualifying orders:
Netherlands
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days, €4.50
- Free shipping on orders over €75
United Kingdom / Scandinavia
- Standard delivery: 3–4 business days, €8.95
- Free shipping on orders over €99
Spain / Belgium
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, €9.95
- Free shipping on orders over €99
Rest of Europe
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, €6.95
- Free shipping on orders over €99
International (Outside Europe)
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days, €18
- Free shipping on orders over €150

Available at our Amsterdam location: De Clercqstraat 78. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Orders are typically ready the same day, and you'll receive a pickup notification email.
All shipped orders include tracking information sent via email once the package leaves our facility. You can also log into your account for real-time updates.
Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We can modify addresses before shipment, but cannot redirect packages once they're in transit.
If your package is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Verify the delivery address is correct
- Look for delivery notices from the carrier
- Check with neighbors or building management

Customs & Duties
- EU orders: No additional customs charges
- International orders: Local customs may apply import duties based on your country's regulations. These fees are set by your government and are outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us to discuss shipping options.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and contents. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement right away.
