- Counted from the date of purchase.
What's not covered
- Normal wear from daily use, like scratches, dents, plating wear or a softer shine over time.
- Loss, or damage from accidents, misuse or repairs by someone else.
How it works
Email info@baixajewelry.com with your order number and a photo. We'll look at it and repair or replace the piece, and we pay the shipping. If it can't be repaired, you get a new one.
Your rights under EU consumer law always apply on top of this warranty.

Changed your mind? You have 60 days from delivery to return your piece.
The conditions
- Unworn, in the original packaging.
- Earrings only in their sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards can't be returned.

- We refund you within 5 to 10 business days after it arrives, to your original payment method.

Bought a single ring for a piercing. Looks exactly like in the picture, you everyday huggie with a twist (literally). The lock is a bit wobbly – it always takes me a few attempts to properly fasten it. But once it's fastened, it's secure enough.

I was disappointed with the condition of the ring when it arrived. Despite being new, it had visible marks and tarnishing, so I had to pay for professional cleaning. It looks better now, but the zircon color is also noticeably different from the product photos. Instead of being evenly blue as shown in the pictures, the stone has a green color at the top. The design is beautiful, but overall, it did not meet my expectations.

Such a cute ring! It’s delicate and adjustable, which I love because it lets you wear it on different fingers depending on the vibe. Since it’s quite thin and adjustable, it might feel a bit more fragile — but that really just comes down to personal preference.
I really appreciate that it’s 925 silver with a rhodium finish. That means it’s real jewelry that will last over time. Even if the rhodium plating eventually wears off, the silver is still there underneath, which is definitely a plus.
Also, big bonus points for the plastic-free packaging. Overall, I’m really happy with it so far. I just started wearing it, but first impression: very pretty and well made.

I didn't get from the pictures that the middle of the earrings (the part you see from the front) is "empty", it's not a smooth surface but rather like a "valley". You actually see this in the pictures if you pay attention, but without knowing I thought that part was the shine in the picture. They are quite expensive so I would have expected a smooth filled in surface there (which would mean more material). I really like the shape still and wear them often, it has only been 1 week but no problems otherwise.

I truly love these earrings. The mixed metals are perfect! So simple but yet they are eyecatchers. Also the quality is great! I have had for a couple or months now ans wear them very often and they still look the exact same. Love it!

They are perfect in size and thickness, but the coloring on the different sizes looks different. The larger hoops are a darker silver.

The clasp of the earring is very flimsy, not too much security when closing the earring. As others already mentioned, the earrings are way thinner and smaller than the image (10mm).

I fancy these earrings very much - the design, how they look on the ears, how they made with a great quality.
One thing to improve - the earring posts (that passes through the ear) are a bit weak and need to be handled very carefully, which is not really comfortable. I would suggest making them thicker
